Wir bedauern dass sie Ihren Aufenthalt, wegen der Spinnen, nicht zu 100% genießen konnten.
Wir sind ständig und stetig bemüht diese und Ihre Netze zu entfernen, leider sind wir dagegen jedoch machtlos.
Wir würden uns freuen sie erneut auf einem unserer Hausboote begrüßen zu dürfen, vielleicht an einem anderen Standort.

Eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung
Das Objekt ist lieblos eingerichtet. So sind z. B. Töpfe und Kochutensilien lieblos in eine Schublade zusammengeworfen. Das Bild über dem Fernsehschrank hing halb herunter. Das 2. Schlafzimmer kann man kaum betreten, weil die Tür nur halb aufgeht, bevor sie an das Doppelbett stößt. Entweder baut man eine Schiebetür ein oder man kann eben nur Einzelbett stellen (maximaler Kommerz bei minimaler Investition). Das Sofa hat wesentlich bessere Zeiten gesehen und war so schmuddelig, dass wir uns nicht draufsetzen mochten. Hinzu kam dann noch ein denkbar schlechter Service. Aus der Buchungsbestätigung ging nicht hervor, dass man Handtücher und Bettwäsche selbst mitbringen musste. Nach Anruf bei der „Notfallnummer“ gan es nur die lapidare Antwort „Tja, da kann ich auch nicht helfen“ und beim Hinweis auf den ja nicht gerade niedrigen Preis „Na, sie haben ja auch über FeWo gebucht“. Auf die Frage, was das damit zu tun hätte und ib die Vermietung über FeWo ohne Einverständnis erfolgt sei, gab es weitere Antworten, die „Service“ als offensichtlich völlig unbekanntes Konzept für diesen Vermieter hervorhoben. Zuletzt wäre dann noch zu erwähnen, dass diie Fotos des Hausbootes nicht das tatsächlich gemietete Hausboot zeigten (erstes Boot am Steg - laut und keine freie Sicht nach vorne) sondern das letzte Boot. Auch hier eine Irreführung.

Das Urlaub war sehr schön und genau wie es erwartet wurde. Bitte die Bettwäsche nicht vergessen mitzumachen, der Hinweis hatte ich überlesen, jedoch das Problem wurde durch einen Anruf schnell gelöst.

Ferien an und auf der Schlei
Schöne moderne Hausboote koplett ausgestattet mitten im belebten Stadthafen von Schleswig, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, schneller und freundlicher Kontakt zur Vermietung. Gerne wieder !
