This was by far the nicest place we have ever gotten! The views are amazing. The house is gorgeous. Plenty of seating. Close to the beach. So worth it!

What a fantastic retreat for our family to celebrate a 90th birthday! From the spectacular early morning views through the wall of glass pane windows, to the intricate decorative detail of each room, to the ample (and tranquil) space offered by individual rooms and comfortable common spaces for family gathering, it all combines to form the perfect experience! Our host was also quite attentive and very responsive to any issues that arose during the stay. My entire family looks forward with anticipation to a future stay. Simply amazing!

This was one of the best vacation rentals that I have stayed at!! It was well suited for our large 3 generation group. It was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The large kitchen was a chef’s dream. It was stocked with every amenity you would need for meal prep. All 11 of us were able to sit and eat together. The owners had thought about every need and made sure it was met plus extra . Everyone had a great time with a beautiful view to go with it!

Very nice property. Very clean and specious. Good communication with the host and everything went smoothly. Guest-friendly check-in and check-out policy and procedure.Best features:- Kitchen was fully equipped and worked well- Dock was relaxing- Ground floor game room was nice. Small billiard table was usable with a full set of cues, chalk, etc.- Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious- Great view across the coastal marshSome drawbacks:- Tankless water heater needs tuning, shower temperature was finicky- Location is far from restaurants and grocery stores. We were glad the kitchen was good because we wound up cooking and eating at home more than planned- No door on master bathroom- Switches were in unexpected locations for the lights they controlledSome things to note:- The driveway is concrete, but there is 0.5 miles of unpaved road to reach the house- There is a 8 foot difference between high and low tide. The view is muddy at low tide- The garage and roof are not accessible to guests
