Appartement bien situé pour randonner mais très proche de la location mitoyenne

L'appartement est fonctionnel, joli et bien équipé (même si on a regretté l'absence d'un four à micro-onde et d'un compartiment congélateur). Il est cependant très sombre, notamment la cuisine/salle à manger et la chambre parentale qui n'ont pas de fenêtre. Notre déception a été que la charmante terrasse indiquée comme "privée" dans l'annonce et montrée en photo est en réalité partagée avec le studio qui est collé à l'appartement et qui est loué par les mêmes propriétaires. D'ailleurs dans l'annonce de ce studio, les mêmes photos de la terrasse figurent et elle est également indiquée comme privée. On peut voir cette proximité entre les 2 gites sur la photo avec le vélo : l'appartement de cette annonce est au bout du balcon, pour y entrer on passe devant l'entrée du studio (porte vitrée flanquée de deux petites fenêtres). La terrasse (à gauche donc) est trop petite pour être partagée, c'est le premier arrivé qui est le premier servi ! Pour les autres, il y a une table de pique-nique dans le jardin, mais pas de vue et beaucoup moins de charme. C'est ce qui nous a déçu et le sachant, nous n'aurions pas loué cet appartement car au final nous n'avons pas pu profiter de cette terrasse. De plus la propriétaire nous a accueilli plus que rapidement, sans nous expliquer la situation. Cela mériterait une clarification dans l'annonce et à l'arrivée sur place. Cependant, l'appartement est bien placé pour profiter de cette magnifique région et nous avons passé un bon séjour.
