I chose this neighborhood because I was studying at SDSU for a year. When i acquired the property, I was a part time student for my Master's. I made the investment because I admired how close the home was to very important highways in San Diego and the attractions as well. The local area is rich in tasty restaurants, parks and hiking trails and attractions.

What makes this property unique

I offer great value at my property. I am passionate about travel and when I decided to get into the Hosting business, I told myself I will provide value to guests because traveling should be a luxury in this life that should not be taken away from us due to budget.
