Lovely home in a cosy area

Our stay at Sandra & Janne's casa in Mallorca has been a wonderful experience. The check-in process was very smooth and we were able to settle in very quickly. Sandra was VERY responsive to any and all questions we had and stayed patient despite our tardiness. Sandra & Janne definitely come through with what they promise and claim. The backyard of the house was our favourite place. Multiple places to sit and relax in different ways depending on your mood and of course a fun little pool to have a dip and cool off. We definitely wasted a biiiit too much time just chilling in the pool. The location is very good too. Not too tourist-y and crowded like some other places in Mallorca, with all local amenities nearby: bus stop right around the corner, shops, bars and a beach within walking distance. It would have been nice to know that there was going to be a deposit before booking but we should have seen that coming we suppose.The house itself can be seen as a bit barebones (but do you really want to be inside all the time when there's a pool?), and two of the bedrooms could get very warm during the night but that's about it. Very much recommended!

Great little house in calm and quiet neighborhood

We had a great time at this newly renovated house. Clean and fitted with most things you need. Great showers! The pool is small but big enough to cool off and even make a few swim strokes. Great outside area with a huge marquise to get shadow from the sun. Since there are only two AC-units, one in the main bed room and one in the kitchen/living room a tip for others visiting during summer is to turn on the AC’s in the afternoon and keep the doors to the terrace closed. Then the temperature will be good in all rooms when it is time for sleep. Sandra was very helpful with everything and responded quickly to all our questions. All in all, it was great!

Family holiday

We had 3 generations in our family ranging from 16 to 80 all were catered for with great facilities nicely renovated and very clean. Good supply of towels. Kitchen is well stocked for self catering and the town and amenities on the doorstep. Nice pool, the outdoor area is nicely appointed with lots of seating. Owners very responsive would definitely go back.

Disappointed stay

First impressions was disappointing, there is so much rubble around the property, isnt not wheelchair friendly. No, tv, dvd player, no sofa bed its just the main sofa, no iron, no first aid kit. The pool was dirty, had to spend 2 hours cleaning it as it wasn't just the leafs. The are manual shutters which was broken on arrival but charged for the fixing. There is antiques in the villa, so watch your children as they will charge you (in my opinion it should be removed for rentals). I wouldn't recommend families with younger children to go, would suggest 15s and over. Aircon is very limited, only in living area and main bedroom, other 2 rooms are roasting. The rooms at night are really uncomfortable in the other rooms. The villa grounds are not that clean, personally i would focus on the outside to make it much more kid friendly and wheelchair friendly, just full of cream chippings, and roof tiles. The villa is quite small so a family of 4 is way more than enough. Space wise its like a 1 bedroom apartment but with 2 other rooms. Watch your hands on the walls as they are white so, again if with kids just be careful. Report any faults to virbo. At least if there are issues and owners say its ok they cant blame you after the visit. There are no coasters, even though on the itinerary it says use them, there are non. The pool is quite small for kids, great for adults if you want a dip and cool off. Not a great experience with the hosts.

Nice house

Very nice house with a great location . Confortable for a family and great swimming pool. However for improvement purpose , a dishwasher would be great .
