Clean all dishes Wipe down faucets and counters fo avoid permanent water stains
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Unauthorized events or additional visitors are not permitted. Violations will be charged fines accordingly
Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances are not permitted at any time
