Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohlgefühlt. Bei Problemen hat ein Anruf bei Kaya gereicht, und es wurde sofort behoben. Ein sehr aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Ein absolutes "no Go" ist das Badezimmer. Die Dusche wechselt

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Ein absolutes "no Go" ist das Badezimmer. Die Dusche wechselt zwischen Heiß und Kalt und es ist viel zu eng. Bei der Reinigung des Hauses sollte man nicht nur oberflächlich vorgehen sondern auch einmal unter den Schränken, hinter dem Bett oder in den Ecken wischen. Die Betreuung vor Ort war okay, hat aber nichts mit "Willkommen" zu tun. Die Freundlichkeit aus dem Schriftverkehr setzt sich leider nicht bei der Betreuung vor Ort fort.
