FeWO Timm Lauenburg

Die von uns gebuchte FEWO , in der Altstadt am Elbufer gelegen, versprach mehr.Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht. Diese Wohnung war in einem sehr desolaten Zustand und dürfte so nicht vermietet werden.Das versprochenen 2. Schlafzimmer war ein Durchgangszimmer mit einem Bett ohne Schrank, 2 uralten grossen Tischen.2 Stühlen, 2 alten Sesseln und einem sehr verschmutzten uralten Musikschrank!Die Küche war ausgestattet mit einer etwas neueren Küchenzeile.2 Schränke waren mit einem Vorhängeschloss versperrt. Es fehlte ein Mülleimer,eine Geschirrablage für den Abwasch, 1 Geschirrtuch ,ein Putzlappen. Der Besteckkasten war mit einem alten Sammelsorium an Besteck ausgestattet.Es fehlten Teelöffel, Küchenmesser, Brotmesser.Eine Pfanne war unbrauchbar. Zum Bad: Die Mischbatterie zum Waschbecken ging schwer. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war verstopft. Das Wasser lief nur slangsam ab. Die Handtücher waren bretthart und teilweise kaputt. Zum Schlafzimmer: die Zimmertür war am oberen Schanier fast herausgerissen, sodass sie stark schleifte und nicht verschlossen werden konnte. Die Türen der beiden Schränke sind defekt.Das Bettzeug war alt und verschmutzt, die Bezüge verschlissen und teilweise zerrissen. zerrissen.Die Terrasse- herrlich gelegen mit Blick zur Elbe- war ebenfalls mit sehr alten, defekten und verschmutzten Möbeln ausgestattet. Die ganze Wohnung war nicht zumutbar!!!!! Sehr schade, bei dieser perfekten Lage!!!Da sollte sich ganz schnell was ändern!!! Mit frdl Gruß E.Krätzer Gesend
