This 45-square-meter holiday rental can accommodate 4 adults.
The apartment is bright and modernly furnished and features a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the sun right on the premises.
The beach and the promenade, with its many cafés, are nearby and just a few minutes’ walk away.

The modern holiday rental “kleine Flucht” is located on the ground floor of the building and features a southeast-facing terrace (accessible from the living room).

The living and dining area is furnished with a cosy sofa (with a pull-out bed), a coffee table, an armchair, a TV stand with a flat-screen TV, a coat rack, a dining table with 4 chairs, and a built-in kitchenette.

The separate bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a large wardrobe; you also have access to the terrace from here. PLEASE NOTE: The 160 x 200 cm double bed has a single, continuous mattress—please bring a fitted sheet that fits this size. Thank you very much

The second separate bedroom features a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm, also suitable for adults), a chest of drawers, and a small flat-screen TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower (rain shower), toilet, and washing machine.

Free Wi-Fi is available to all guests!

A carport for your car is located behind the house, as well as a storage room for your bicycles (space for approx. 3 bicycles).

Barbecuing at the house is permitted only with an electric grill (an electric grill is provided).

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 59 and 40 days prior to arrival, 40% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged. 
For cancellations made between 39 and 28 days before arrival, 60% of the accommodation price plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
For cancellations made 27 days or more before arrival, 90% of the room rate plus the cancellation fee specified in the Terms and Conditions will be charged.
