About this property

Perfect for couples, families with children and the big family
Beautiful fit facing the sea in Prainha's Loft. Located on the 5th floor (inescapable), where you can only see the sky and the sea (photo).

Being located in the column of the largest apartments, it sleeps up to 6 people in total comfort (photo), without the need to "drag furniture" and still leaves the table and kitchen space totally free.

There is plenty of room for children to play after a beach day, when we dads and moms want to rest (photo).

Beautiful round table for family meals or dinner for two and the sky and the sea as landscape (photo) ...

Air cond. Split 22. 000 BTUs NEW (changed 14/08/2019), bench with 3 high stools, refrigerator (not minibar), all furnished and do not use mattresses, only comfortable mattresses, double bed with spring mattress.

We do not provide bed and bath linen, but the person who takes care of the apartment can be requested and charged for it. If there is interest, I send the contact of the same to be arranged in advance.
The fact of not living in Arraial makes it difficult to control its quality.

Condominium with total security that has: garage with right to 01 (one) vacancy, in the rotary system and by order of arrival, 2 elevators, large social area; swimming pool, sauna, living room with 32 "flat screen tv, wireless internet and cable tv.
The internet and cable TV are contracted and the responsibility of the condominium, although it works in the apartments.

No more than 6 people per unit (even children) and pets of any size.

Paraíso de lugar.

Fantástico, imóvel super aconchegante, vista maravilhosa, proprietária super gentil e atenciosa, funcionários do prédio bem atenciosos. foi uma viagem ótima, lugar lindo, recomendo e espero voltar mais vezes.

O apartamento é simplesmente incrível! Começando que a vista é de tirar o fôlego, a anfitriã foi muito atenciosa sempre prezando pela clareza e satisfação de seus hospedes. A descrição no site esta perfeita. o Apartamento possui diversos utensílios para cozinhar, tudo é muito novinho e bem cuidado. Ar condicionado faz toda a diferença.O apartamento é muito novinho e oferece muito conforto! A infraestrutura do prédio é muito organizada,segurança nota 10 e funcionários super simpáticos. Tudo bem cuidado e muito limpo. A localização do LOFT Prainha é perfeita, perto de tudo da para fazer tudo a pé. A localização para as outras praias de arraial é bem próxima. Com certeza voltarei! Imóvel excelente, limpo, aconchegante. A estrututa é ótima , foram 6 dias maravilhosos. Localização perfeita ! Para visitar outras praias e sair a noite optamos pelo uber bem mais econômico, meu carro nem saiu da garagem. Tudo perfeito a Patrícia proprietária foi super atenciosa. Com certeza voltarei .

5 dias incríveis com vista para o mar

O loft é completo, conseguiu atender precisamente todas minhas necessidades, super equipado e com uma vista incrível! Sem falar do carinho e atenção da proprietária Patrícia, um verdadeiro amor de pessoa, super disposta em ajudar no que for preciso e altamente atenciosa. O único ponto negativo que eu achei foi a taxinha de R$30,00 reais que tive que pagar para roupa de cama, apesar de ser em conta a roupa de cama estava velha e o cobertor super hiper fino, minha sorte foi não ter pegado dias frios se não ia sofrer! Me arrependi muito de não ter levado roupa de cama, pois não queria despachar bagagem. Mas fica a dica para os próximos hóspedes, no mais só tenho a agradecer. A prainha é linda, mar calmo, perto do centro, só achei um pouco longe de supermercado (pois eu estava a pé). E o ar também não gela muito, mas dá pra deixar o ambiente fresquinho, recomendo 100% este loft.
