The Space:

It features stainless steel appliances, counter seating for four, and an eat-in dining table for four, giving you everything you need to dine comfortably at home. The open layout flows seamlessly into the living room, where two couches and an armchair invite you to unwind while watching your favorite shows on the smart TV.



Large sliding glass doors lead you straight to the private lakefront balcony, where a table for four sets the stage for al fresco meals with direct water views. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a smart TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a set of twin-over-twin bunk beds, a queen size bed, and a smart TV.



This home also includes an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• This home offers parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot.

o Overflow parking available in gravel area next to parking lot.

o Trailer parking is on top of the hill before you drive down to the condo.

• This home is equipped with one (1) external Ring security doorbell camera, actively monitoring the area in front of the main door and the external entryway area.

• Please note, guests can fish off of the docks. Swimming off of the docks is not allowed

• Building has elevator access.
