This beautifully appointed and newly renovated condo near the Oconee golf course is within walking distance to the Lake Club facilities with the Ritz Carlton nearby. This main level unit provides no-stair access but elevated from the street for privacy. AC/heating provides comfort year round. The spacious living room has a fireplace and TV with ample seating including queen size sleeper sofa. The primary bedroom has a king size bed, in room TV and attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower; the second bedroom has a queen bed with shared full guest bathroom. A complete kitchen includes all necessary appliances, diverse cookware, dinnerware and utensils. The dining room has seating for 8 guests plus 2 bar seats. In suite laundry and parking is conveniently available. The covered deck space is private with golf course views. A perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of boating, swimming or playing golf!
