Beautifully decorated, spacious, two bedroom, two bath, level-entry condominium within a 6 block walking distance to the heart of the Bavarian village, Leavenworth. Walk out our back door and you are steps away from the seasonal pool and hot tub. Incredible views of the Icicle valley and surrounding mountains help create a peaceful haven on the back patio as you enjoy morning sunrises. The condo development also includes a tennis court, basketball court, two seasonal pools and hot-tubs open late spring, summer, and early fall, and a year-round hot tub for relaxing after a day of skiing or sledding.
The large master bedroom has a pillow-top king bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom with shower. The guest room has a queen bed with TV and is off the main hall adjacent to the guest bathroom. The great-room kitchen area has been recently redecorated with leather sofa (with hide-a-bed) and love seat, gas fireplace, built-in bookcase with reading library, large flat-screen TV, DVD with video library, island kitchen with bar stools, and dining area for 6. The unit has free wi-fi and is a perfect fit for 4-6 people.
Leavenworth is the ideal vacation getaway any time of year. From our unit you have easy access to the Leavenworth Golf Course (the golf course property is adjacent to the condo property), great fishing holes on the Wenatchee River, sledding hills in Enchantment Park, and kids playground equipment. The town’s network of river trails connect the condo to downtown Leavenworth via a short 15-minute walk along the river. When the outdoor recreation and shopping opportunities wear you out, just sit and relax by one of two resort pools, or in one of three hot tubs.
Our unit is privately owned, but is situated in the Village at Leavenworth Condominium Development and as such shares the resort property with Wyndham and their timeshare units. All of the resort amenities are available to our guests.

My two childhood best friends and I spent two nights at this condo to explore Leavenworth in December. The condo was clean, spacious and cozy. The host had decorated for Christmas and we definitely took advantage of the fireplace for all the warm and snuggly vibes. We appreciated the travel/tourist guide left for us to review in the condo. Amazing Condo

This is an amazing condo with a breathtaking view of the mountains. The condo is beautiful and very clean. It has all the amenities for cooking, games for outdoors and indoors, and it’s a very comfortable place to stay. The owner is easy to contact - she quickly responded to a question I had. My wife and I are Washington natives growing up in the Seattle-Tacoma area. We currently live in the Kirkland area, and enjoy the all the beautiful and diverse areas Washington has to offer - but especially like the eastern slope of the Cascade mountains.

Why they chose this property

This is a family-owned and operated condo. My wife and I spent a fair amount of our college days in Leavenworth working / doing research at the US Forest Service and US Fish and Wildlife Sevice Fish Hatchery. We have spent many family vacations in the Leavenworth-area, and about 18 years ago purchased a condo there. We love the outdoor recreation opportunities that are abundant in the area. The golf course is as scenic as any in Washington. The biking and hiking are fantastic,;and after a full-day of recreating, the many wineries in the area offer a great way to unwind and relax.

What makes this property unique

The location is perfect, a short walk to town yet a million miles away from everything. The patio is an awesome place to sit, relax, and take in the mountain splendor; and just down the hill from the patio is the pool and hot tub. The condo has been recently remodeled with warm paint colors that reflect the alpine mountain setting, new rich brown leather sofa and love seat, and a cozy gas fireplace to warm up after a day of cross country skiing out your backdoor! We have a library of books, games, and videos to enjoy family time with your kids. The unit is equiped with a new flat screen tv in the living room (and tv's in master and guest bedroom), cable, and wi-fi internet access.
