"Reling" Holiday Apartment with Ocean View: spacious living room with TV/radio/CD/DVD/free Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom with shower and washing machine, hair dryer, 2 bedrooms with a double bed or 2 single beds (2nd TV/DVD), sleeps 4, living area approx. 90 sqm, large balcony with a stunning view, pets not allowed. You can easily reach the apartment on the 2nd floor via the lift and the bright, sunny atrium.


The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).

Bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, and more—all just around the corner.


The house is located in a pedestrian zone.

At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 €/night.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
