The "Boje" holiday rental, which was newly furnished in 2012 and features a large terrace, is located in the basement of Villa "Anna" at Schillerstr. 10a, just 200 metres from the Warnemünde beach promenade. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Boje” holiday rental in the basement is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. The train station is a 10-minute walk away, and the beach is about 200 m away. The approximately 83-square-meter apartment features a bedroom with a double bed (2nd TV) and a large, lovingly furnished living room with a double sofa bed (TV/DVD/radio/CD, free Wi-Fi) and a sunny terrace out front. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The entire apartment is tiled and features underfloor heating. The bathroom has a hair dryer. This holiday rental is for non-smokers only.
The initial supply for the apartment includes one set of linens per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish linens, shower mat).
A private parking space is available free of charge (Lortzingstr. underground garage, approx. 10-minute walk).
A bakery, weekly market, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants, post office, bike rental, beach, promenade, etc.—everything is right around the corner.

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the rental company:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel cot (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
- Car parking space/mooring buoy: €7.00 per night
