The Villages Lake Sumter Town Square is 2 miles away

You do not need to be 55 to rent from us. You must be at least 21. Golf cart included. If you want the cart we have a waiver for you to sign. You must be an adult with a driver’s license. It is a 2 seater Yamaha with seat belts. Nice home in a beautiful neighborhood with very friendly neighbors. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, luxury vinyl plank floors throughout the home with no carpet. There is a screened entry at the front and a screened lanai in the back. The home has central air and natural gas heat, gas range and gas dryer. The attached garage is large enough for two cars. It is near a golf course and within walking distance to a large pond and swimming pool. It is 1 mile away from the Mallory Hill country club restaurant and 2 miles away from the Havana country club and restaurant. The home is 2 miles from Lake Sumter town square which has live entertainment every night. The square has many nice restaurants and a Starbucks. There are lots of recreation centers nearby for pickleball, pool, bocce ball, and swimming. Pet friendly for dogs.
