Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Guest Access:

Enjoy access to the entire 2nd-floor apartment, including three bedrooms, one full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living and dining area. Guests also have access to the shared outdoor spaces, which include a large grassy yard with picnic tables and BBQ grills. Beach gear, such as beach chairs, coolers, and a wagon, is provided for your convenience. Please note that this unit is part of a four-unit property.

The neighborhood is known for its friendly atmosphere and easy walkability, making it simple to explore everything North Wildwood has to offer.



Getting Around:

Getting around North Wildwood is a breeze! Public transportation options include local buses that run regularly along the main avenues, offering easy access to nearby towns and attractions. For those arriving by car, we offer off-street parking for one vehicle, and there's ample free street parking available in the neighborhood. The apartment's location provides convenient access to major transit hubs; the Wildwood Bus Terminal is a short drive away, connecting you to regional and long-distance travel. The Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is also within a reasonable driving distance, making arrival and departure straightforward. Enjoy the convenience of exploring the Jersey Shore with ease, whether you prefer public transport or driving.



Other Things to Note:

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
