We offer you a cosy, well-furnished holiday rental in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, right on the Alter Strom and just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.

“Stromlinie”—a cosy 2-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor with a large balcony and a stunning view of the marina, accommodating up to 3 people, living room with a sleeper sofa, TV/radio, free Wi-Fi, bedroom with a double bed, shower room, kitchenette, sitting area, living space approx. 40 square metres, pets not allowed;


A private parking space in the underground garage on Kirchenplatz is available for a fee.

The building is located in a pedestrian zone.

Please note that Wi-Fi reception may be subject to fluctuations or interruptions.

The apartment’s initial amenities include one laundry package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, tea towels, shower mat).

Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Services: Underground parking space for a fee

Visitor’s tax starting at 01.09.2023 in Rostock + Warnemünde:
Adults aged 15 and older: 3.70 €/day
Severely disabled guests 50% or higher: 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from tourist tax: Severely disabled persons with 80% disability or higher, and their accompanying person, only if the severely disabled person 100% and has a registered disability card
Children up to age 5, business travellers, athletes, conference attendees, travellers in transit, locals

Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the landlord:
