Enjoy Franklin Mountain views from your private retreat. The home features elegant living spaces, a double height family room, a fully equipped kitchen, and bedrooms with private en suite baths. Two bedrooms include indoor Jacuzzi tubs.

Relax in the private backyard with a pool and patio. Please note the outdoor spa is not heated and does not have jets; it is simply part of the pool. Located in a quiet upscale neighborhood, minutes from shopping, dining, and major roads.
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.

Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!

No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
Cannabis use is prohibited on all premises.

Linens & Towels
Please handle with care. Replacement fees apply for damaged items:

Towels: $8 | Hand Towels: $4.50

King Sheets: $130 | Queen Sheets: $110

King Comforter: $100 | Queen Comforter: $90

No Food on Beds or Sofas
Help us keep furniture clean—no eating or drinking on beds or sofas. Cleaning fees may apply:

Rugs: $150 | Chairs: $120 each

Loveseats/Sofas: $160 each

Breakages
Please report any accidental damage. Fees may apply for repairs or replacements.

Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior notice. A pet fee will be charged to cover extra cleaning. Help us keep the home fresh for everyone!

Please do not leave trash or food behind. Use the designated bins and take out any excess garbage before checkout.

If you move any furniture or items (like lamps, nightstands, chairs, etc.), kindly return them to their original place before departure.
