About this property

Welcome to this fantastic vacation home with sea view and lots of comfort.

The vacation home convinces with high ceilings, beautiful furnishings, lots of light and space for a successful vacation with family or friends. The heart of the house is the beautiful living and dining area with open kitchen, where you can eat together with friends and family or spend cozy evenings on the sofa. The four bedrooms are all equipped with double beds. For extra comfort on cool days, the house is fully equipped with underfloor heating.

With your own sauna and a hot tub, you have your own on-site wellness area and can relax after a long day in the water or in the warmth. Entertainment is provided with billiards, table tennis, air field hockey and television.

After a short walk you can reach the sea and the sandy beach, where you can spend wonderful days by the water. When the weather is nice, the house's private garden with open and covered terrace and sun loungers will also tempt you. In the evening you can invite family and friends for a nice barbecue.

In the surrounding area, besides the beaches, good fishing, city trips to Kolding and beautiful nature await you.

Since the area is still under construction, there may be construction noise at times.
