Welcome to this modern, spacious, high-quality holiday home in Scandinavian style. The spacious house can accommodate e.g. 2-3 families, divided into four bedrooms with good beds and two large lofts with two beds each. The large windows allow plenty of light into the large living room with an open connection to the kitchen. Here you can spend cosy evenings with family or friends watching your favourite films or enjoying good food in good company.



The holiday home also has an activity room with billiards/pool and table tennis, which offers plenty of opportunity to relax during your holiday.



Outside you will find a large, sunny terrace with deckchairs where you can spend many pleasant hours in the fresh air. A highlight is the large, luxurious hot tub, where you can look forward to pure relaxation in the warm water and then sit in the cosy, hot barrel sauna and enjoy the view of the water and beach. The terrace is equipped with a gas barbecue including gas, garden table and chairs so that the whole family can enjoy a good dinner together.



The house is the ideal base if you want to spend a holiday in a fantastic natural environment that offers both beach, water and forest. The beach is very fine sandy and has a shallow, child-friendly coastline with a sandy and rocky bottom. There is also a bathing jetty, a wheelchair ramp to the water and a picnic area. A marked cycle path called Vandvejen leads from the beach to Kolding. The beach is only a short walk from the house, about 500 metres. Close by, in the other direction, is the forest, where you can go for long bike rides or walks and enjoy the deep tranquillity of the forest.



If you love water, you can look forward to a visit to Kolding Slotssøbad with the whole family. Water slides, play pools, whirlpools, saunas, steam baths and much more await you here. Kolding Slotssøbad is located in the centre of Kolding, about 20 minutes by car from the cottage. The town of Kolding can also offer an exciting family experience in the 750-year-old royal castle Kolding Hus.
