If you're Inspired to prepare a meal, the stocked kitchen offers a selection of cookbooks & cooking essentials, including: a gas oven, pots & pans, bakeware, oil, & spices.

The space

Our guesthouse is the lower unit of our duplex. It features a master bedroom with a king bed and two standard rooms with queen beds. The standard rooms have a door between them that can remain open or shut. One room has no windows. All rooms have closets. We are on a hill so you will need to go down 8 stairs to access the unit.

Listing stated this was an entire home, however it is only the lower level of a home. Noise from people living upstairs was disturbing. No heat in the bedrooms made for a cold experience. Pillows on the beds were overstuffed, stiff, and had a rough decorative case on them so they were not good at all for sleeping. No alternatives were in the room. Bedrooms do not have garbage cans which was inconvenient. Home was clean and well-kept, kitchen was great with free snacks and cooking supplies even though we didn't need them. Water cooler was nice because city water wasn't very good. Enjoyed the hanging basket seat
