The 50 m² apartment consists of a modern living/dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen, one bedroom as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning and a TV. If requested, a baby crib and a child's high chair can also be provided. The private, uncovered balcony of the apartment is equipped with a table and 2 chairs, so it invites you to have breakfast together or a glass of wine in the evening overlooking the palm trees. Restaurants, bars, cafes and a supermarket are within a 6-minute walk (550 m). A special highlight is the proximity to the beach Playa de Tarajalejo, which is only 450 m from the apartment. It boasts impressive dark sand with partly coarse and pebbly sections. There is also a promenade along the beach, which invites you to take a walk and visit the local restaurants.
