🔇 Quiet Hours

Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect the community and neighboring homes. Excessive noise, loud music, or disruptive behavior may result in fines or immediate removal without refund.

🚭 No Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home at all times.

If smoking occurs inside the property, a $250 deep cleaning fee will be charged to cover odor removal and sanitation.

Smoking is only permitted outdoors, and cigarette butts must be properly disposed of.

🗑 Trash Disposal

All trash must be placed inside the designated garbage bins located outside the property.

Failure to properly dispose of trash may result in an additional cleaning fee.

Please ensure all garbage bags are securely tied and placed inside the containers.

🧺 Towels & Laundry

Before departure, please place all used towels:

Inside the washing machine
OR

On top of the washing machine

This helps our cleaning team prepare the home efficiently for the next guests.
