Welcome to Phoenix II 2044, a comfortable one bedroom, one bathroom condo located on the fourth floor that sleeps up to five guests. This inviting beachfront retreat offers beautiful Gulf views and all the essentials for a relaxing stay.

The living room features plenty of seating with a sofa and two recliners, a flat screen TV, and floor to ceiling windows that lead out to a private balcony overlooking the Gulf. The sofa also converts into a sleeper, providing additional sleeping space.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and a dining table, making it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together. The bedroom offers a king size bed and a flat screen TV for added comfort. The full bathroom features a walk in shower.

A twin roll away bed is available for extra flexibility, and a washer and dryer in the unit add convenience during your stay.

Clean, well stocked kitchen! We cooked everyday! Great view, location and amenities! Fyi: The bed has a very soft topper. I prefer a firm mattress. The couch is not the most comfortable for sitting but we weren’t inside much so that wasn’t an issue for us.

I did not like having to go check in at one building when I already had a door code. Parking passes should be available to print or picked up in the room. I wished the unit had a tub/ shower instead of just a shower. The decor was really nice and the bed was comfortable.

Perfect little place! I’ve been going to beaches for 15 years.. this may be the most comfortable stay yet. Lots in walking distance. Perfect floor for ocean view. Elevators here are lightening fast! LOL. And this room is close to them conveniently. The pool was underneath the balcony for me to see my teens too and yell when I needed them. Bed was comfortable and the chairs both reclined. We had everything we needed too and was only 12 min from Walmart. Book this condo!
