Cool city residential house. Near the best restaurants and cafés. Pet friendly.
One bedroom available in this 1840 coach house. Layout is quite unconventional with the bedroom and bathroom situated at the bottom.
Upstairs is an open plan kitchen / living / dining room. A utility room with washing machine and clothes dryer also upstairs.
No garden, but a small private laneway that you can sit outside in the summer and can BBQ.
We are friendly and family friendly.
