The condo was clean and neat upon arrival. Although it is a pet friendly place, there is no grass to speak of for dogs to go potty. The furniture in the condo living room is very cheap and you can’t sit on the futon because the middle leg is broken. The couch is very worn. The bed was actually pretty comfortable but the air conditioner doesn’t cool the bedroom or bathroom. It was like a sauna in the bedroom. We actually left a day early because we couldn’t sleep another night in that bedroom. It is unbearably hot in the room even with the floor fan. The location of the condo is great with walkable beach access and restaurants.

It was as described. The look of the outside had us a bit worried but we were very surprised by the inside. My only complaint was the AC struggled to keep it cool, especially in the bedroom and the futon was not very stable. It had a wobbly leg in the center. Eould have been all 5's if it weren't for those 2 things.
