The Anja Vacation Home opened in April 2020 and is located in a low-traffic area at the end of a cul-de-sac in a central location west of the spa park, just a few minutes’ walk from the spa park entrance and the city center. The Hufeland Therme is within walking distance, as is the Königin Luise Bad. A supermarket, a bakery, an ice cream shop, and all other amenities are located in the immediate vicinity.

A special highlight for groups is the daily recreational program included in the rate, such as free admission to the “Hufeland Therme,” the “Pyrmonter Welle” family water park, the “Gesund & Glücklich” wellness program, and—on weekends (from Easter through October)—various excursions in the region, such as a boat tour on the “Flotte Weser” departing from Hamelin. You’ll never get bored here—great group activities at no extra cost are already included in the room rate.

Anja Vacation Home:

The house has 6 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 15 people, making it an ideal gathering place for groups of friends, families, or seminars. The rooms are functionally furnished and feature beds, seating, and—in some cases—a balcony and TV. Four rooms also have their own bathroom; two other rooms share a bathroom. Two cribs can be provided upon request.

Room 1: Double bed, sofa bed, private bathroom (suitable for 2 adults plus 2 children)
Room 2: double bed, bunk bed, private bathroom (suitable for 2 adults plus 2 children)
Room 3: Double bed, private bathroom (suitable for 2 adults plus 2 children)
Room 4: Single bed, private bathroom (suitable for 1 adult)
Room 5: double bed, shares a bathroom with Room 6 (suitable for 2 adults)
Room 6: Bunk bed, shares a bathroom with Room 5 (suitable for 2 children)
There is also the option to accommodate two additional infants free of charge in cribs.
There is also a living/dining area with cable TV, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and stove, as well as a terrace with barbecue facilities (accessible from the kitchen, sunroom, and living room). There is also a large sunroom with a foosball table, dartboard, and a toy grocery store for children. Free Wi-Fi. 5 free parking spaces at the house.
The garden features a sandbox, a trampoline, a toddler slide, a soccer goal, and a playhouse.



On-site costs: Final cleaning and bed linens are already included in the price. Please bring your own towels. Check-in from 4:00 PM to midnight; check-out by 11:00 AM. The security deposit is €250 and must be transferred before arrival along with the visitor’s tax of €3.50 per person per night (mandatory). The house is located in the heart of the quiet spa area. Please be considerate between 1:00 PM and 2:30 PM and after 10:00 PM. The house rules apply. A deposit of 20% is due upon booking. The balance is due no later than 4 weeks before arrival. If the booking is made within 4 weeks of arrival, the full amount is due immediately. Pets are not allowed. Keys will be handed over in person or via a key safe. Other additional costs: Catering or bread roll service can be arranged.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and check-out from 12:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
