Lage Perfekt, Sauberkeit Mangelhaft, Ausstattung preiswert

Wir haben ein langes Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist absolut perfekt. Kurze Fußwege zum Strand und Einkaufen. Zentraler geht es kaum. Die Wohnung selber ist großzügig und hat einen gelungenen Grundriss. Das Haus ist allerdings schon etwas älter und die Wohnung kostengünstig aber zweckmäßig renoviert worden. Die Küche ist definitiv alt und wurde nicht getauscht. Durch das Alter das Hauses ist auch die Dämmung schlecht, so dass es bei warmen Temperaturen entsprechend warm in der Wohnung wird. Die Reinigung der Wohnung ist definitiv mangelhaft. Auf der Ottomane des Sofas befand sich Sand vom Vorgänger. Auf der Bettdecke noch ein alter Bezug. Der Ablauf der Dusche war so verstopft, dass ein Duschen am letzten Tag gar nicht mehr möglich war. Von der Verwaltung haben wir auf unsere Email bisher keine Antwort bekommen. Schade, da die Wohnung ansonsten wirklich Potential hat.
