Look forward to a FAVORITE PLACE where you can relax in the green and at the same time stroll along the white sandy beach or along the glittering promenade of Timmendorfer Strand.

Description of the object:

The newly renovated apartment "Baltic Seagull" in March 2018 (total 64m²) is located on the ground floor of a family house in a very quiet residential street. It consists of a living room (19 m², with flat screen TV, Bluetooth-compatible CD player with radio), two bedrooms, a shower bathroom and a kitchen. From the living room there is a door to a large terrace (24m²) facing south and to a beautiful garden, attractive for children and families. Enjoy the sun until late in the evening.

The fenced garden offers your children (playground) to roll around and play.
A beach chair, patio furniture and a grill invite you to make your wellness vacation unforgettable on warm summer days.

A large bedroom I (16 m²) has a large double bed, a small bedroom II (9 m²) has two single beds. In the kitchen (9 m²) you will find a fridge, ceramic hob with oven and a microwave. Coffee machine, toaster and kettle complete the equipment.

Location description:

The apartment is 600 meters from the center of Timmendorfer Strand, 650 meters from the beach and 900 meters from the train station. It is located in a quiet residential area with a traffic-calmed street. No busy thoroughfare. 1 or 2 cars can easily be parked on the property.

Arrival information:

If you come via the Autobahn (A 1), please take the Ratekau / Timmendorfer Strand exit, from there it is 6 km. You drive through Hemmelsdorf, keep going straight and you come to Timmendorf. Drive under an underpass, there is a Shell petrol station on the left, then turn right and after about 200 meters you will see the house on the right.

Frau

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf der schönen zum Garten hin geöffneten Terrasse konnte man wunderbar frühstücken oder auf den Liegen sich ausruhen. Die Schlafzimmer waren ruhig gelegen und die Betten mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Nur der Fernseher müsste mal erneuert werde. Das Bild ist zu dunkel.

Schöner sonniger Urlaub

Tolle Lage, in wenigen Minuten am Wasser, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das kleine Bad direkt vor der Wohnungstür hat uns nicht gestört.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Nur das Bad war etwas sehr klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber für 3 Nächte war es ok. Kleine Anmerkung, der Abfluss in der Dusche müsste mal gereinigt werden, wir haben es nicht sauber bekommen. Ansonsten alles super.

Die Wohnung an sich war akzeptabel. Bei näherem Hinsehen waren Schäden an der Wand und nicht fachmännisch ausgeführte Malerarbeiten erkennbar. Objekt-Beschreibung stimmt nicht mit der Realität überein. Küchenausstattung überholungsbedürftig- Schublade mit unsortierten und unsauberen Geräten. Das Bad befand sich außerhalb der Wohnung-wurde in der Ausschreibung nicht erwähnt. Wohnung hatte bei Anreise 16 Grad. Dies blieb auch die folgenden zwei Tage so. Wohnungsverwalterin war sehr nett und bemüht.

Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben alles ok, was mir absolut nicht gefallen hat, ist das am Anreisetag die Wohnung erst ab 16 Uhr betreten werden durfte.Auf Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt das es ab 14Uhr bezugsfertig ist.Die genaue zeit wird per Telefon gesagt, der Schlüssel wird versteckt und nicht Persönlich übergeben. Eine Baustelle ist direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer Fenster ab 7 Uhr geht das los, wurde mir erst nach der Stornierungfrist mitgeteilt.
