This cozy ranch house in wellington is close to the Equestrian center and wellington green mall has it all. Open Kitchen overlooks the pool and waterfall. Washer/Dryer located on the property for your convince. 3 large bedrooms provide ample space for anyone needing space to relax and unwind. That includes patio with AC, the bedroom with 2 queen size beds. 2 bedrooms inside the house, a king size bed, one queen size bed. Total of 4 beds. Home features WiFi and smart TV in the large living room. The property is 2 acres plus, with lots of outdoor space to roam and unwind. But be equipped. LOL. 5 minutes to turnpike, 10 minutes to PBI airport. 20 minutes to the beaches.
