Hi! We’re Ena (38) & Denis (46) — plus our 3-year-old boss who runs the show. I work in finance, he’s in property management/construction — I build spreadsheets, he builds everything else. This is our first Airbnb and first property, so we’re equal parts excited and mildly terrified, but fully committed. We renovated it ourselves to keep it simple, clean, and enjoyable. It’s our vacation home too, and we hope you love Saratoga as much as we do.
Why they chose this property
We chose this neighborhood because we truly love the Saratoga area and everything it offers outdoors. We’re happiest in nature, and Upstate NY gives you four real seasons with something special in each one — from summer lake days and track season to fall foliage, winter snow, and spring hikes.
We live in NJ but found ourselves coming up 2–3 times a year because we love it here so much. Eventually, we decided to create our own place — a rental and vacation home where we could have a peaceful nature escape in the backyard, while still being just minutes from everything Saratoga has to offer.

It sits on 4 private acres surrounded by woods, with a gentle creek running through the property — you can actually hear it from outside, which makes everything feel instantly calmer.
The backyard feels like your own little nature preserve, yet you’re still just minutes from town. And the deck spans the entire length of the house, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor feel with plenty of room to gather, relax, dine, or unwind under the trees. It’s peaceful, private, and still perfectly connected to Saratoga.
