Alles wie beschrieben und noch besser

Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und spricht sehr gut Deutsch, was die Kommunikation vereinfachte. Die FeWo hatte alles, was wir brauchten, war sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Strände sind mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. In der Nähe sind 2 Restaurants, die man zu Fuß besuchen kann. Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt, was wir Anika zu verdanken haben. Liebe Grüße nach Kroatien...🙂

Hier ist alles bestens

Die freundliche deutschsprachige Begrüßung, mit Einweisung in die Gegebenheiten und Fahrt durch den Ort, was wo zu empfehlen ist, so startete es in diesem Objekt. Bei Ankunft war eine Wurst/Schinken/Käseplatte und ein Riesenbier im Kühlschrank- zur Begrüßung. Abends dann auch mal Wein und Schinken/ Käse dazu- so zeigte sich die großherzige Frau Iles. Das große Grundstück, auf dem für alle von Klein bis Groß alles möglich ist, in der Wohnung ist alles da, was man braucht, alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Also bei DEHOGA gäbe es hier wohl 3+ Sterne. Haben uns hier sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt, auch mal einen Tag im Haus bzw. auf einer der Terassen mit Sonnenschirm und Liege. Wir haben hier eine schöne Zeit verlebt und kommen gern wieder.

Soggiorno a Viskovo di 3 settimane

Appartamento confortevole, pulito, pieno di spazio per riporre le proprie cose. La signora Anica è una persona gentilissima, disponibile,ospitale e simpatica. Appena arrivati ci ha accompagnati a fare il giro del paesino e ci ha mostrato i negozi migliori.L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica tra rijeka e opatija. Ritorneremo sicuramente.

Tolle Wohnung

Wir haben schöne 2 Wochen in der großen Fewo verbracht. Wir sind sehr herzlich von Frau Iles empfangen worden, sie ist sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit, spricht perfekt deutsch und immer für Tips und Informationen ansprechbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die große Dachterrasse ist mit 2 Sitzgarnituren ausgestattet, für jede Fewo eine. Man teilt sich also diesen Bereich. Für unsere beiden Söhne waren der große Garten und die beiden lieben Hunde von Frau Iles der absolute Hit. Viskovo selbst ist ein größerer Ort, in dem alles an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars, Apotheke, Bäckerei,... zu finden ist. Zum Strand oder sonstgen Ausflügen ist man allerdings immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Ca. 20 min. bis Opatija, 15 min. bis Rijeka. Wir können die Wohnung absolut weiter empfehlen. Wir sind erholt und entspannt aus unserem Urlaub zurück gekommen.

Toller Urlaub in sehr gut ausgestatteter Wohnung

Unser Urlaub in der kleineren der beiden Ferienwohnungen war einfach nur schön. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr gemütlich: nett eingerichtet, die Küche und das Bad modern renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Auf dem Balkon vor den Wohnungen sitzt man Zum Frühstück oder auch abends sehr gemütlich. Der WLAN-Empfang ist ebenfalls ein Pluspunkt. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man das Meer in ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl) direkt in Viskovo, weitere Supermärkte gibt in Rijeka und Opatija. Besondere gefallen hat uns die freundliche Empfang unserer Vermieterin. Sie war sehr hilfreich, hat uns in Opatija sogar persönlich einen schönen Strand gezeigt und war sehr bemüht uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. Wir fahren deshalb nächstes Jahr ganz sicher wieder hin ;-) Frank und Iris

Wir sind nun schon zum 7. Mal dort und kommen jedes Jahr sehr gerne wieder! Wir fühlen uns immer pudelwohl und genießen jeden Tag. Die neue 3-Zimmer Wohnung haben wir uns auch angesehen, alles sehr modern und NEU - sehr zu empfehlen

Einfach klasse!!

Wir können diese schöne Ferienwohnung uneingeschänkt empfehlen. Wir waren Anfang September 2012 für 14 Tage hier und haben einen perfekten Urlaub gehabt - und dies lag nicht nur an dem tollen Wetter. Die Vermieterin ist sehr um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht und nimmt sich immer wieder auch Zeit für ein nettes Gespräch. Sie spricht perfekt Deutsch. Die Lage des Hauses und der schöne Garten machen es leicht, sich zu entspannen. Auch die gemütliche Einrichtung und die gute Ausstattung lassen keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir waren im August für 5 Nächte in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung und waren wirklich sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und man findet wirklich alles was man so braucht. Die Vermieterin ist jederzeit ansprechbar sehr freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. In Viskovo kann man sehr gut Essen gehen, vor allem das Fischrestaurant hat ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Mit dem Auto sind in 15-20 min. auch schöne Srände zu erreichen. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich ohne Bedenken weiterzuempfehlen!

schon zum 4. mal dort...

Mein Mann und ich waren bereits zum 4. Mal wieder bei Anica und wir genießen immer wieder die Herzlichkeit (auch der Tiere), die uns dort immer wieder entgegengebracht wird. Im Appartmenent ist alles vorhanden (Miktrowelle, Waschmaschine etc.) und auch eine Grillmöglichkeit ist vorhanden. Das Haus liegt ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort. Ebenfalls sind dort einige Restaurants, in denen man sehr gut essen kann. Das Bad ist für vier Personen etwas zu klein jedoch wiegt der Rest dies auf. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

In der Nähe von Opatija

Die Angaben im Online-Inserat sind korrekt und realistisch bezüglich Lage und Ausstattung beschrieben. Der allgemeine Zustand der gemütlichen Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Es finden sich alle möglichen Haushaltsutensilien, die man benötigt. Durch die Vermieterin sind wir ausgesprochen gut vorbereitet und nett betreut worden. Sie spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist bei allen Angelegenheiten sehr hilfreich gewesen. Ich würde das Feriendomizil ohne Bedenken an Freunde weiterempfehlen. Für die Freizeitaktivitäten braucht man schon ein Auto; Opatija ist in 15 Min. erreichbar.
