Be pleasantly surprised by this newly constructed villa! When you walk in, you will say WOW!
This spacious villa has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms . Renovated and beautifully decorated with love in 2022. From the moment you enter, the neutral tones, modern finishes, decorative lighting, and views of the outdoors will greet you.
New Interior doors/hardware. Attic blown w/insulation. Kitchen has SS appliances and cookware. It also has a ring doorbell, alarm, camera system, & more.
The house is fully fenced out with a 6’ solid fence for privacy.
FOR ALL EVENTS ask about the event fee and also
WE ALLOW LARGE GROUPS - ASK US!!
Additional Fee:
- Additional guest's over 8 (kids and infants included) This fee is included in your reservation automatically. ($25 per guest per night)
- Or Additional Cot Bed Set up
- Pets, Visitor groups, gatherings, events, parties
- Early or Late Check times
Strict Commitment Policy No Cancelations, Credits or Refunds

- Outside of property only, no interior cameras
