The open-plan kitchen includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries that will fulfil any of your culinary requirements. There is a washer available for your laundry needs.

The elegant bedroom has a king-sized bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The bathroom contains all the essentials; clean towels and complimentary toiletries will also be provided for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Daily housekeeping services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Binghatti Royal is one of the new buildings in Jumeirah Village Circle. It's 20 minutes from Downtown and 23 minutes from Dubai International Airport. You have direct access to Al Khail Road connects Downtown, Marina and other areas.

A variety of restaurants around JVC, 10 minutes from the building, is the Circle Mall, where you have a variety of restaurants and shops available.

You'll have no trouble getting around town. Taxis are always available in front of the building, and Uber App and the local version called Careem App are available in the city.

The nearest bus stop JVC, Season Community Summer, is just a 5-minute walk.

Minimum Check-in Age: Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.

Check-in Process: This is a self-check-in property. You may check in at our standard check-in time (4 PM onwards).

ID Requirement: As per local authorities' regulations - DET, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted before arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents as soon as your booking is confirmed, as they are compulsory for check-in.

No Smoking Policy: We have a strict zero-tolerance policy for smoking inside the property. If any signs of smoking are found (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts), a minimum fine of AED 1800 will apply.

Checkout & Penalty: Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a penalty of AED 1800. Our team needs time to prepare the home for the next guest, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and readiness. Please respect the checkout time to avoid disruptions for incoming guests.
