KING BED! Location is the best in town. Views are unsurpassed and just gorgeous. NO JUNK FEES! I don't charge excessive cleaning or parking fees, there are no owner or managers fees, no insurance fees either. The only fee you pay is the HOA parking fee if you bring a car. Parking rates vary due to season. Many guests shuttle in. Many units in the building overlook roads or other buildings. Your condo views the ski slopes, mountain views and beautiful sunsets. This condo is very special.
