We loved our stay at this beautiful high-end home! There was ample space for our family and guests. The hosts truly thought of everything when creating this home full of cozy spaces, comfortable furniture, luxury bedding and perfect decor. The central air was key during our hot week! The two master bedroom suites were top-notch each with gorgeous bathrooms. The teens got the first floor and had great time to themselves! It was a short walk to the beach, and beach supplies were provided. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was so inviting for cooking, gathering and playing games. I could go on and on, this was a favorite vacation for all and we appreciated all of the thoughtful touches that went into this home!

Our family of 8 adults and 8 young children thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Boon View. It is a beautiful, new, well-designed home located within an easy walk of Long Sands Beach in York. Darcy and Bruce did an excellent job designing, decorating, and arranging the space to ensure comfort. Each room is large and open, with very comfortable furnishings, which helped us feel relaxed and at home. They thought of every need or desire a visiting family would have and added thoughtful personal touches that made our family feel welcome. The house is located in a great spot on a quiet dead-end street. The beautiful decks each provided a lovely view of the ocean. Our family had an amazing week at this house and really appreciates how helpful and responsive Darcy and Bruce were in making that happen.

The Boon View house is a brand new, luxury, coastal escape with ocean views from all three levels. The three story, open concept house is smartly appointed with a great family feel. The open air decks are perfect for gathering at any meal, fresh ocean breezes or activities like games, puzzles and art. The main floor has a full bathroom, and a large laundry room. The first floor has a middle room of 5 bunk beds, with two queen rooms on either side. There is a family room, full bath and laundry room perfect for families. The 2 laundry rooms were key with three families under one roof and all the outdoor activities. The top floor had two king suites. The rooms were all furnished with upgraded, bedding and towels. The entire house was very generously appointed with luxury kitchen appliances and service items in abundance.The hosts provide a fully stocked shed with a cart, all the beach equipment, bikes, lawn games etc. There is a foot bath station on the ground floor, conveniently located before the stairs going into the house. There was also an outside shower, with hot and cold water on the back of the house. ( we had 6 kids, ages 2-10 ) No sand in the house!! This house is located in a residential neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and present, seen walking their dogs and chatting.There is a garage, driveway and gravel off street parking for cars. York beach, 5 minute walk! Short drive to dining and grocery store. Roadside market for sourdough, dips, coffee.
