This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering with family and friends, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and plenty of natural light. Two Florida rooms offer additional areas to play games, relax, or catch up on work.
Three bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor of the home.

Please note: After booking, guest will be sent a link to sign a rental agreement and upload your government-issued ID using our secure portal. Credit card information will need to be entered by guest for a security deposit hold. Please note that your reservation is not considered confirmed until this information is received. No access to the property will be provided until this information is received. Please see the `house rules` section for complete rules and rental agreement.
The total cost of your reservation includes Accidental Damage Insurance (`Management Fee`). This covers you for up to $1,500 in accidental damages to the property or property contents if reported by you during your stay. Guest agrees to pay any additional charges not covered by the Damage Insurance.
Renter Agreement and ID Required to confirm booking. Security deposit required. See below for text of renter agreement and rules:
1. Quiet hours are from 9pm-7am.
2. Absolutely no parties or events. No overnight guests not included on the original reservation without prior approval by host. Number of cars parked at the home is not to exceed 2 without prior approval by host. Per HOA and City of Bradenton regulations, cars MUST be parked in driveway at all times. Street parking is not permitted!
3. As this is a private home, guests are responsible for taking out the trash and recycling. Failure to take out trash will result in a $50 fee from security deposit.
4. No pets allowed. Undisclosed pets will result $300 fee from security deposit, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs that are incurred.
5. No smoking or vaping inside. Evidence of smoking or vaping inside the house will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
6. No refunds will be provided for sightings of tropical wildlife or bugs. We utilize a regularly scheduled pest control service but ants, insects, and animals are part of life in Florida, and occasionally something may sneak into the home. You can do your part by ensuring that windows and doors remain closed, not eating in the bedrooms, and cleaning up food and dishes promptly.
7. All booking parties must be 23 years or older. No one under the age of 23 will be permitted on the property without legal guardian present unless previously agreed upon in writing. Violation is grounds for removal from property without refund. The host reserves the right to request full names and photo identification of each guest staying at or visiting the property.
8. Failure to return fobs for HOA pool/amenity access will result in a $50 replacement charge.
Renter Agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking. Rental Agreement:
This Agreement applies to all members of the Guest`s party no matter the age or affiliation (`Group`). The booking Guest is responsible for sharing and enforcing the renter agreement, and its requirements, with all members of the Guest`s party and anyone else permitted onto the Rental Property by the Guest. Guest`s breach of any terms and conditions outlined in this agreement shall result in the termination of guest occupancy with no refund of any kind. For legal and accounting purposes, the person placing the reservation must be the same as the person signing the rental agreement, submitting identification, and credit/debit card holder.
In consideration of the rent received and the mutual promises contained herein, Palms to Piers Corp. does hereby lease and rent to Guest(s) such Rental Property under the following terms and conditions:
Guest agrees to abide by all rules and regulations contained herein or posted on the premises related to the Rental Property. Guest shall, on arrival, examine the Premises, all furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures and landscaping, and shall immediately report, in writing, if any are not in operating condition or are in disrepair. Reporting repairs does not give Guest the right to cancel this Agreement or receive a refund of any payments made. Guests obligations include but are not limited to keeping the premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the premises permit and causing no unsafe or unsanitary conditions. Guests agree not to use the premises for any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.
In no event shall the Rental Property be occupied by more persons than the capacity of the property as stated on the web site or the confirmation letter, without prior approval by the Management Company. In no event shall Guests assign or sublet the Rental Property in whole or in part. The Rental Property may not be used for parties, receptions, weddings, or other large gatherings.
Guests hereby agree to not interfere with scheduled maintenance and services to the home such as lawn care, and general maintenance. Guests acknowledge and grant specific permission to property management and/or maintenance staff to enter premises at any time for maintenance, repair, inspection, to verify compliance with the terms of this agreement, or in case of emergency. When practical, and at discretion of the Management Company, 24 hours notice will be provided to guests if it is necessary to enter the home.
In the event Guest wishes to terminate this agreement, any refunds granted will be provided according to the cancellation policy set forth and agreed upon at time of booking.
Full payment is required at time of booking. If the payment fails for any reason, it is the responsibility of the Guest to make sure that the remaining balance is promptly paid in full, or the reservation will be canceled with no refund of payments made.
DAMAGE: Each reservation includes a `Management Fee` which is used to purchase Accidental Damage Insurance. This helps minimize the cost to our guests when accidents happen. Accidental damage must be reported before checking out to qualify. Additionally, a security deposit hold of $500.00 is required (`Security Deposit`) and a valid credit card will be required. If, at the end of the rental period, the rental property is returned undamaged beyond normal wear and tear, the Security Deposit Hold will be released in full within 7 days.
