At the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower/toilet. The house offers Air-conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi internet access.

The area has many hiking and biking trails, wine trails and Poreč offers many sporting activities at sea. Grocery is at a distance of 3,5 km, restaurant at 3,5 km and the beach at 4,5 km.

Cot is available on your request. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but only outside. Cash box is available for your valuables. Visitors of Villa Nina will need a car as the village is not accessible by public transport. Minimum period of rental in July and August is 7 days.
