Locația se află în inima Bucovinei,la numai 20 minute de pârtia de schi Rarau, Muntii Rarau și alte locuri frumoase de vizitat. Casa care se închiriază este compartimentată astfel, casa mare dispune de 3 dormitoare la etaj, o baie pe hol și altă baie comună pentru 2 camere, la parter avem alte 2 camere cu baie comună, avem și casa mică care se află în aceeași curte compusă din salon rustic cu loc de luat masa, șemineu, alt pat la mansardă, bucătărie complet utilata și altă baie complet utilată. Afară avem foișor deschis cu loc pentru grătar și plită pentru ceaun, jacuzzi cu hidromasaj și cromoterapie, gradina și 3 locuri de parcare.
