The apartment house "Chalet Central" is located at 1,600 meters above sea level, in the charming alpine & vacation resort Königsleiten in the Salzburger Land region. Enjoy the diversity of the surrounding mountains - whether skiing and snowboarding in the largest ski area in the Zillertal or hiking and biking in the Hohe Tauern National Park!

The cozy 63 m² apartment "Top CC8" with mountain view consists of a living area, a well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and thus accommodates 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and cable TV. On the balcony, equipped with chairs, you can enjoy the spectacular mountain panorama with a glass of wine or beer. A children's high chair, baby crib and crib are available upon request and at an additional fee. In addition, the apartment house offers a Finnish sauna, infrared cabin and relaxation room, which you share with the other guests in Chalet Central. Here you can spend relaxing hours after a perfect day on the ski slopes or hiking in the mountains. In the KIG building, which is about a 10-minute walk from the apartment, there is a launderette that is open daily from 08:00 to 20:00. Due to the central location of the apartments you will find cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk (140-400 m). The cable cars of the Zillertal Arena can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. In Königsleiten there is also a grocery store (Spar market) which is only 5 minutes walk from the apartment.
The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only 18 minutes away by car (11 km). In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 10 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten are the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world famous Krimml Waterfalls.

The apartment includes 2 underground parking spaces. Bed linen, hand and bath towels are included in the price (one set per person and stay).

- In case of appropriate snow conditions - downhill skiing, with crossing of a cleared path, up to the house is possible
