Locatie tov de piste is prima. Ski-opslag waardeloos door ontbreken van schoen-verwarming. In het appartement werkt de vaatwasser niet. Te weinig servies, geen fatsoenlijk glaswerk (drinkglazen en desert schaaltjes). Kapotte keukentafel). Bijzonder krappe parkeergarage.

Haus Siomen i Königsleiten er et dejligt hus med en fantastisk beliggenhed, som har alt, hvad man kan ønske sig for en vellykket ferie. Udsigten til bjergene er simpelthen betagende, og huset er placeret i en charmerende bjergby, der byder på både sommer- og vinteraktiviteter. Ferieoplevelse Haus Siomen er perfekt udstyret med alt, hvad man har brug for, hvilket gør opholdet yderst komfortabelt. Den storslåede udsigt over bjergene fra huset er virkelig en af højdepunkterne – det er et syn, der aldrig bliver kedeligt. Sommerferie Königsleiten er en ideel destination om sommeren. Byen og området omkring er fyldt med muligheder for både afslapning og eventyr. En af de mest spektakulære oplevelser er turen med bjergbanen til toppen af bjerget. Herfra er der en imponerende udsigt og adskillige vandreruter, som er perfekte til både korte ture og længere vandreeventyr. Der er også masser af aktiviteter for børnene, hvilket gør det til en familievenlig destination. Vinterferie Om vinteren forvandles Königsleiten til et skimekka. Huset ligger tæt på skiløjperne, hvilket gør det nemt at komme ud på pisterne og nyde den fantastiske sne. Det er det perfekte sted for en skiferie, hvor man kan kombinere skiløb med afslapning i den hyggelige bjergby. Faciliteter og aktiviteter Haus Siomen er meget familievenligt og byder på gode faciliteter for børn. Der er også masser af muligheder for dem, der ønsker at tage på længere vandreture.

Prima dorps woning in combinatie met de locatie. Niet al te groot, alles vrij klein, maar de locatie maakt een hoop goed. Je zit overal op loopafstand, waardoor je geen auto nodig hebt

Toller Standort - Einrichtung o.k - Max. Platz für 7 Erwachsene

Die Ankunft war sehr gut und die Rezeption sehr herzlich und freundlich. Das Parkhaus ist sehr eng und nur was für gute Parker und mittlere Autos (wir: Volvo XC 90 hatten kaum eine Chance) die Einrichtund ist typisch für die Region aber akzeptabel. Normalerweise wollten wir zu 8 anreisen und waren froh, dass einige wegen des Wetter‘s zuhause geblieben sind, warum: weil die Betten für 8 Erwachsene nicht gereicht hätten. Es sind zwar offiziell 10 schlafmöglichkeiten vorhanden, nur wirklich schlafen können 9-10 Erwachsene nicht! Auch empfehle ich jedem das Exposé gründlich zu lesen, damit keine Diskussionen mit einer angeblichen Sauna aufkommen. Feuerholz für den Kamin ist „natürlich“ nicht vorhanden und muss bei der Rezeption gekauft werden (bis dies jemand mal sagt vergehen auch Tage oder man beschwert sich gleich bei der Rezeption oder bringt sein eigenes aus Deutschland mit ;) ) ansonsten ist der Ort traumhaft und die Lage top! Skifahren war super aufgrund des Wetter welches das letze mal 2003 solche Ausmaße angenommen hatte. PS: wir hatten in 48h 4m Neuschnee! Also alles zu empfehlen und wenn man die drei bis vier beschriebenen Details vorab weiß alles spaßig und schön! Viel Spaß in Königsleiten.
