The apartment’s approximately 44 square metres are put to ideal use thanks to its optimal floor plan. A large living and dining area with a dining table and chairs, as well as a pull-out couch (which sleeps the third person) and a large TV, adjoins the open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and a ceramic cooktop, as well as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster.

The bedroom, featuring a double bed and a wardrobe, offers access to the furnished balcony, just like the living area. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, you can enjoy the afternoon sun here and relax while taking in the view of Goethe Park in Heringsdorf. The small bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. The bathroom is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.
