The apartment is stylishly furnished by us personally with restored Tuscan furniture and equipped with the comfort you need to feel good. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a four-burner gas stove, sink, refrigerator, dishwasher and is provided with sufficient crockery and cutlery. The two bedrooms are equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. The equipment also includes mosquito nets on the windows and fans. Our guests have their own covered terrace in front of the separate entrance to your apartment so they can stay outdoors.

Ein Urlaub auf “Podere gli Scopai” ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Diese Unterkunft ist unbedingt empfehlenswert! Die Gartenanlage auf dem Landgut ist liebevoll geplant, wunderschön gewachsen und wird regelmäßig und supergut gepflegt! Der Pool ist ausreichend groß (mit flachen und tiefen Bereichen), immer sauber (weil wohl täglich gereinigt), es gibt ausreichend Liegestühle. Ein durchdachtes Beleuchtungskonzept auf der gesamten Anlage macht auch den Abendspaziergang oder das Nachtbaden angenehm. Die Wohnung ist funktional eingerichtet. Das "Elternbett" ist groß und ausreichend bequem, im Schlafzimmer sorgt der Deckenventilator für etwas zusätzlicher Kühle und Fliegengitter schützen vor aufdringlichen Insekten … . Das Bad ist völlig in Ordnung, die Dusche ist begehbar, Wasserdruck und -temperatur stimmen! Der Kochbereich ist ausreichend bestückt, aber nicht unbedingt für größere Gelage ausgerichtet. Man hält sich sowieso meist auf der überdachten Terrasse vor der Wohnung auf (hier ist der einzige Wermutstropfen die fehlende Beleuchtung/Steckdose im Terrassenbereich). Und das Auto steht immer schön geschützt unter einem eigenen Dach. Ausflüge in der Region, Restaurantbesuche oder Einkaufen müssen mit dem Auto gemacht werden - alles sehr nahe; eine gut zusammengestellte Broschüre der Gastgeberin ist für Ortsunkundige sehr hilfreich. Vorbereiten, Ankommen, Dasein und Abreisen werden von der Gastgeberin freundlich und professionell begleitet. Nochmals: Ein Urlaub auf “Podere gli Scopai” ist uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Sehr zu empfehlen, wir würden sehr gerne jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen. Auch an Frau Kallenberger nochmals ein liebes Dankeschön für die schönen Empfehlungen für Ausflüge, Restaurants und usw. Wir kommen irgendwann wieder.

Ruhre und Entspannung

Sehr schöne Anlage, ruhig gelegen. Schöner sauberer Pool. Umgebung perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Frau Kallenberger ist sehr hilfsbereit bei der Ausflugsplanung oder Reservierung im Restaurant.

Bella struttura con un casale di pietra e una piscina piacevole

Struttura che permette un soggiorno piacevole. Il casale è bello, il giardino e la piscina sono ben curati e gli appartamenti freschi anche in estate. Il personale è molto disponibile. Peccato per la poca cura dei dettagli (letti, cuscini e materassi di bassa qualità, lampadine poco luminose, terrazzini esterni poco illuminati, mancanza di qualcosa per lasciare asciugare le stoviglie, doccia piccola con una tendina molto scomoda, ...).
