On-site costs: • Deposit: 30% of the total price is due within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation • Balance due: 4 weeks before arrival • Last-minute booking: If there are fewer than 4 weeks between booking and arrival, the total amount must be paid directly via bank transfer • Check-in from 4:00 p.m. • Check-out by 10:00 a.m. • Keys are handed over by the property owners • Pets are not allowed • A tourist tax of €1.50 per night—or €0.75 per night for children ages 6 to 17—will be charged separately on site. Amenities: • Parking for one car or motorcycle directly at the house • Bed linens and towels included • High chair and travel crib not included • Fully equipped kitchen • Washer and dryer available for use • Karzle modeling clay at half price • DSL connection; Wi-Fi login credentials will be provided on-site • Breakfast available upon request for an additional fee



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from midnight to 11:00 AM.
