Look forward to a decelerated vacation in the midst of nature reserves full of water birds and small bays to linger and listen.

You have the choice between spacious lakelands with idyllic bays for swimming and sunbathing, make a detour across the enchanted old city Havel to Brandenburg; or follow the course of the river Havel to the picturesque Rathenow with Bismarkturm and BUGA area.

The houseboat can accommodate up to 3 people: there is a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a fold-down sofa bed (120x200 cm) in the living area.

The houseboat is fully equipped with toilet, sink, shower, kitchenette with sink, gas hob, refrigerator and TV. The boat impresses with its cozy ambience and individual equipment.

The electricity is obtained sustainably via a solar system, supplies it with 230 V and makes you completely independent.

Enjoy stunning sunsets from the very large terrace, which you can shade with an awning. A swim ladder allows you to safely get out of the cool water and back into the boat at any point.

The boat is with 15 hp license free, but you get an instruction. It is relatively easy to drive, but also has very special driving characteristics when mooring and in windy conditions. We recommend a more extended familiarization trip (50?), especially if you have never driven a houseboat before.

Additional costs arise from the fuel consumption. The costs vary depending on the driving characteristics. Before arrival a deposit of 1000,00 ? has to be paid to the owner.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are not included in the room rate in 2025; guests have to rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 25.00 per person. Consumption costs are not included in the room rate and will be charged according to guest use within three weeks after check-out.
