- Check-in and handing over of keys is done by the tourist office Königsleiten (winter 6 am - 6 pm, summer 2 pm - 5 pm).
- Please bring your own consumables (cleaning products, toilet paper, tea towels etc.)
- Hand towels, bath towels and tea towels can be rented in advance for an extra charge on site. Billing is in cash on site.
- Bed linen is obligatory and must be rented for a fee.

The completely renovated holiday flat "Fürler UG" is located on the souterrain floor of a typical wooden house that makes every Alpine heart beat faster, in the middle of the charming alpine & holiday village Königsleiten in Salzburger Land. Mountain railways and shopping facilities are within walking distance. Whether skiing and snowboarding in the largest skiing area of the Zillertal or hiking and cycling in the Hohe Tauern National Park, enjoy the diversity of the surrounding mountains. The holiday flat "Fürler UG" has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom and thus offers space for 4 people. Other amenities include WLAN, cable TV and a tiled stove that is electrically heated. You can enjoy wonderful moments on your private covered terrace. A high chair for children and a baby cot are available on request and for an extra charge.
Due to the central location of the holiday home, you will find restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Not far from the house is the Almdor lift, which you can use as a connection to the Königsleiten village cable car. There is also a grocery shop (Spar market) in Königsleiten, which you can reach after a 6-minute walk (450 m). The water and sauna world of the Kristallbad in Wald im Pinzgau is only a 17-minute drive (11 km) away. In summer, the nearby Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to swim, relax, go pedal boating, etc. Only about 18 minutes by car (13 km) from Königsleiten, you will find the highest waterfalls in Europe - the world-famous Krimml Waterfalls. A parking space is available directly at the house.
