Heated Pool Oasis Family-Friendly Urban Retreat

Enjoy a serene escape with your loved ones at this centrally located urban desert retreat. The property boasts a spacious backyard courtyard that wraps around three sides of the house, offering plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment in your private oasis. Kids can have a blast on the swing set, play yard games, and explore the expansive outdoor space. Dive into the saltwater pool or enjoy a game of volleyball for a fun-filled stay.

The space
This charming southwestern-style home, originally built in the 1950s, has been remodeled to offer modern comforts. With 5 bedrooms and a pull-out couch, there is ample space for everyone. The house comes equipped with high-speed internet, contactless keyless entry, and smart TVs in 2 bedrooms, as well as two 70" smart TVs located in the living room and on the patio. The fully remodeled kitchen includes a coffee and tea bar, while the newly renovated guest quarters feature a kitchenette, a spacious artistically-tiled walk-in shower, and two bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located within an attached casita, meaning they have a distinct entrance separate from the main house.

Outdoors, guests can enjoy a forty-five-foot saltwater lap pool complete with a volleyball net and pool floats. In the cooler months we can heat the pool at an additional cost. There are also plenty of outdoor seating and lounging areas to relax in, along with yard games for added entertainment.

We offer both charcoal and gas grills for your ultimate grilling experience. If you are traveling with little ones, we have a Pak 'n Play available, along with games to keep them entertained. For your furry companions, we provide both indoor and outdoor dog beds, as well as dog bowls and treats.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire house, patios, and yard. Please be aware that the tool shed and 1 indoor closet are securely locked and not available for guest use.

𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡𝙮 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠-𝙄𝙣 & 𝙇𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝘾𝙝𝙚𝙘𝙠-𝙊𝙪𝙩: Available upon request for an additional fee but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us prior to arrival to arrange. The fees are $150 for either early check-in or late check-out, or $300 for both.

𝙋𝙤𝙤𝙡 𝙃𝙚𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜: The pool can be heated for $125 per day. To ensure it's ready for your arrival, please request this service at least 48 hours in advance.

𝙂𝙪𝙚𝙨𝙩 𝘾𝙖𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙩𝙮: The home comfortably accommodates 12 guests. For groups exceeding 10, an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night applies.

𝙋𝙚𝙩 𝙋𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘𝙮: Pets are welcome with prior approval and a fee of $25 per pet, per night. Please reach out before booking to confirm your pet's stay.

𝙋𝙚𝙩 𝘼𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙚𝙨: We welcome your furry friends with indoor and outdoor dog beds, tennis balls, dog treats, and poop bags to make their stay enjoyable.

𝙀𝙑 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜: A 240V EV outlet is available for convenient car charging during your stay.
