Are you looking to unwind and relax? Our newly renovated holiday rental, situated in a quiet location with a magnificent view of the Staffelstein lake district, Staffelberg, Trimeusel, Eierberge, and the famous pilgrimage sites of Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Abbey, is the perfect choice for your holiday. The Obermain-Therme is approximately 4 km away. We offer a newly furnished, non-smoking holiday apartment with a balcony. The apartment is approximately 50 square metres in size and accommodates 2 people. A parking space is available for our guests. The entire house has undergone energy-efficiency renovations in recent years, offering even more comfort and a cosy atmosphere. Soundproof windows were installed, along with electric roller shutters and a controlled ventilation system for the living area, and the bathroom and toilet were modernised. The living area features a cosy seating area, a TV, and a dining area. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, oven, hob, microwave, and dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. You can enjoy peaceful evenings on the balcony. The accommodation is intended for tourist use only. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 9:30 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. A tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person per day will be charged separately on-site.

Die Ferienwohnung kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Lage, Parkmöglichkeiten, persönlicher Kontakt mit den Vermietern (wohnen im gleichen Haus), die Vermieterin holt Frühstücksbrötchen, Ausstattung der Wohnung, Größe, Betten, Ausblick vom Balkon, einfach alles super.

Wohlfühlurlaub im oberfränkischen Gottesgarten

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung 2 der Familie Neuner sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Haus herrscht eine angenehme Ruhe. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Kommunikation mit Frau und Herrn Neuner verlief sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und informativ. Auf Wunsch versorgte Frau Neuner uns zuverlässig mit Brötchen. Wer hier im oberfränkischen Gottesgarten Urlaub (Baden, Wadern, Rad fahren ...) machen möchte, ist bei Familie Neuner sehr gut untergebracht.

schöne Fewo

schöne kl. Fewo mit schattigem Balkon, sehr freundliche Vermieter, es fehlt an nichts in der Fewo, Küche komplett eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, separate, abschließbare Fahrradgarage vorhanden, ruhige Umgebung
