Rental agreement signed and ID required
Check-in: After 4:00 PM
Check-out: By 10:00 AM
Occupancy: 2

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
No unregistered guests allowed.

Noise:
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Smoking:
No smoking inside the house.
Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets:
Pets are not allowed unless pre-approved by the host.
If approved, a pet fee applies, and pets must be supervised at all times.

Trash: Dumpster is on site behind the building

Laundry: Coin operated laundry on the first floor near the elevator

Parties/Events:
No parties or events allowed.
Any violation will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and possible fines.

Parking:
• Parking – 2 Vehicle Limit
• Parking passes will be provided and left on the kitchen counter.
• Each pass must be completely filled out and clearly displayed in your vehicle at all times.
• Lifted oversized trucks are not permitted to park under the building.
• Any vehicle without a properly displayed parking pass will be towed at the owner's expense

Cleanliness:
Please keep the property clean and tidy.
Dispose of trash in designated bins.
Wash dishes and clean up spills immediately.

Damage:
Report any damage or issues immediately.
Guests are responsible for any damages or missing items during their stay.

Safety:
Ensure doors and windows are locked when you leave the property.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers.

Appliances:
Use appliances responsibly.
Do not leave the stove, oven, or other appliances unattended while in use.

Internet:
Wi-Fi is provided for guest use.
Do not engage in illegal activities or download copyrighted material.

Beach/Pool:
Follow all posted rules for beach
Rinse off sand before entering the property.

Check-Out Procedures:
Ensure all doors and windows are locked.
Return keys to the designated location. LOST FOBS are $50 each
Dispose of all trash and leave the property in good condition.

Respect:
Treat the property with respect.
Be considerate of neighbors and other guests.
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
